- Lay out alcohol wipes, bacteriostatic water, the sterile peptide vial, and your syringe on a clean surface.
- Wash hands thoroughly, then wipe both vial stoppers with a fresh alcohol wipe and let them air dry.
- Use a new sterile needle for every draw — never re-cap and reuse.
